China
Executive Coach and Trainer
This talented trainer is a leading interculturalist in China with extensive experience in international management, cross-cultural adaptation and communication, global leadership, multicultural team management, and international sales and marketing.
While born in China, he worked for over 10 years in Canada and the United States. Upon his return to China in 2003, he worked at the Vice President level in Sales and Marketing for a number of companies, while also providing intercultural consulting and coaching services to clients in Europe, the Americas, and the Asia-Pacific region.
His ability to customize services and implementation brings special value to organizations that wish to expand business across geographic and cultural borders. His expertise has helped numerous companies adapt to cross-cultural contexts, build effective channels of communication, and create truly global leaders. After training at Motorola’s Arizona facilities, she returned to Tianjin to organize Motorola’s Environmental, Health & Safety Standards (EHS), and Occupational, Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) programs.
