Executive Coach – Southwest

As an Executive Coach focused on Transition and Strategic coaching of executive talent, this consultant also works with high potential and diverse talent around leadership development. His work provides a framework as he guides his clients through the challenges of transitioning from one role to the next or looks at strategies to position the executive to work around short and long-term goals.  His clients range from senior leaders responsible for organizations as large as 30,000+ to individual contributors in senior roles.

He has coached leaders from several Fortune 500 companies in his career; such organizations include Mutual of Omaha, Hallmark Cards, Xerox, and Honeywell in the capacity of a Leadership & Executive Coach. 

He holds a Masters of Science in psychology with a focus on leadership and coaching, a Masters of Divinity, and a BS in Psychology; he is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and holds additional certifications in human development instruments, Ethics, Emotional Intelligence, DISC Behaviors and Motivators, and facilitation.
