She facilitates, designs, and delivers training and coaching for multicultural teams and team managers, expatriate support for international professionals and their families, cultural awareness for organizations doing business globally, and religious and non-profit organizations that locally welcome foreign students, refugees, or train teachers and missionaries for work overseas.
She has worked with clients in the oil & gas, pharmaceutical, financial, automotive, and manufacturing industries, as well as with schools and community service providers, sharing her successful life-work international experience in ten different countries, and a comprehensive academic background encompassing architecture, construction, psychology, counseling, and education.
