This experienced coach and trainer has extensive management experience across a diverse range of companies and organizations throughout Latin America and Europe. As a professional educator and facilitator, he has honed his skills in both the academic and corporate environments. His main areas of expertise include intercultural communication, multi-stakeholders facilitation, diversity management, socially responsible leadership, and strategic sustainability.
He has consulted widely with large multinational companies, small and medium sized enterprises, and also with the community sector, bringing an intelligent focus and rigour in delivering practical solutions to strategic problems.

Born in the Basque Country and based now in Chile, he has spent the last twenty years working in Spain, Finland, Sweden, USA, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela, Paraguay, Bolivia, Argentina, Peru and Ecuador. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and Basque and has lived in Spain, Mexico, Sweden, UK, and Chile.
His education includes postgraduate studies in Intercultural Management in ITESM- Monterrey Mexico, International Relations and Local Development in UPLA-Chile, and a Master’s program in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability in Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden. He also teaches Leadership in the most prestigious universities in Chile.
This talented trainer has been fascinated by diversity and interculturalism from a young age, fostered by his early international travels and deep personal sense of inclusiveness. The birth of his two children just over ten years ago has made him even more determined to make this world a better place for all.
